" Do not pay attention to any kind of rumours. This is a matter between two countries, we will support whatever decision the Central government takes, " Banerjee stated. Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina resigned and flew to India in the wake of a military coup amidst escalating violence that took 99 lives on Sunday including those of police personnel and protestors demanding her resignation.
