Mangaluru, April 6 (Reporter) BJP candidate Kota Srinivas Poojary along with MLA Suresh Shetty and party leader Lalaji R Mendon, have been served court summons over allegations of violating the Election Code of Conduct. The allegation is related to holding a campaign meeting on March 30 at a private college in Katapadi without obtaining prior permission from election authorities.
