Imphal, Mar 6 (Reporter) Manipur Chief Minister N. Biren Singh launched seven mine-protected vehicles for Manipur Police on Wednesday at the 1st Manipur Rifles Parade Ground. Manipur Police suffered heavy casualties due to attacks by Kuki militants at border town Moreh, as police have only normal vehicles.
