Manipur legislators planning to resign

Imphal, Nov 18 (Reporter) Several Legislators of Manipur have threatened to resign if no Steps were taken to end the ongoing conflict. Manipur legislators have decided to tender their resignation in the wake of killings of people by Kuki militants. Five Congress MLAs have asked the BJP-led government to lead a delegation to New Delhi to discuss the matter. Congress MLAs suggested resignation if there is no positive response. People of his constituency stopped BLP MLA, Kh Joykishan who decided to resign. He was asked to resign along with other MLAs. The NPP with seven MLAs has withdrawn support to the government. BJP with 32 MLAs is not in a crisis without the support of the NPP in the 60-member House.
