Imphal, Feb 11 (Reporter) Manipur Police in separate operations on Monday nabbed four militants from Manipur's Imphal West and Tengnoupal districts, police said on Tuesday. Police said two active cadres of KCP (Apunba), identified as Malemnganba and Ahmed, were nabbed from Imphal West. The arrested persons were directly involved in extortion activities in the Rupmahal Tank area and served monetary demands to various shops located at Rupmahal Tank. Manipur Police launched an operation at Churachandpur District and nabbed one Thangkholal Haokip, who was involved in weapon trafficking. From him, a Colt 7.65mm Auto Pistol, a 9mm Pistol (country-made), a magazine for the Colt 7.65mm Auto Pistol, and large numbers of ammunition were recovered.
