Kolhapur, May 5 (Reporter) Leader of Opposition in Maharashtra Assembly and Congress leader, Vijay Vadettivar, on Sunday called Prime Minister Narendra Modi as a star campaigner of the Congress and thanked him for helping propagate the party's manifesto to a wider audience.
