Mumbai, Jun 11 (Reporter) Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) president Nana Patole on Tuesday demanded that CBI should investigate corruption in the NEET examination and the culprits should be punished.
He also demanded that the NEET exam should be conducted in the old way.
Addressing a press conference at the party head office, he said that there has been a scam in the NEET exam, as a result, the dream of millions of students to become a doctor has been dashed.

"It is BJP's conspiracy that children from poor families should not become doctors," the MPCC chief claimed.
He further said that the Congress is thinking of contesting four seats of the Legislative Council including Konkan, Mumbai and Nashik Graduate and Teacher's constituencies.
The Congress party intends to contest elections on Konkan Graduate and Nashik constituencies, but Shiv Sena has already announced its candidates for Konkan, Nashik and Mumbai constituencies, he informed.
The Congress wants the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) to replicate its success of the Lok Sabha in the Legislative Council elections too, he said and pointed that for this, the two parties have to take a decision together.
Patole said that he tried to contact Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray in this regard but he could not be reached.
He expressed hope that there is still time to withdraw the applications and a decision will be taken soon through discussion, he added...////...
