Nadda gives new abbreviation of RJD, Tejaswi counters

Patna, May 15 (Reporter) BJP president J. P. Nadda on Wednesday gave a new abbreviation for RJD, linking it with 'corruption' and 'jungle raj', that prompted an immediate counter from Rashtriya Janata Dal leader Tejaswi Prasad Yadav, who dubbed the saffron outfit as the "mother of price rises" and the "father of unemployment". Nadda, while addressing public meetings in favour of NDA candidates in Motihari and Sheohar for Lok Sabha elections, said that the RJD was deeply involved in corruption. "There was 'Jungle Raj ' in Bihar for 15 years when RJD was in power," he added. Coining an abbreviation of RJD, Nadda said that R is the synonym of rishwatkhori (bribe), J is jungle rule and D stands for daldal (swamp). Nadda said chief Lalu Prasad Yadav was also involved in a land-for-job scam when he was Railway Minister during the Congress-led UPA government at the Centre. Lalu had received registered land in the name of his family members from job aspirants in railways, he added. Tejaswi, sharply reacting to the new definition of RJD by Nadda, said that the BJP was the "mother of price rises" and the "father of unemployment".
