Naidu enters Assembly as CM as per his pledge

Vijayawada, June 21 (Reporter) Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu entered the Legislative Assembly on Friday as per his pledge after he was humiliated by the then ruling YSRCP MLAs in the Assembly. Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu prostrated in front of the entrance of the Assembly. He entered the Assembly amid thunderous applause from the TDP, JSP, and BJP MLAs. Interestingly, Naidu entered the Assembly through the exit, through which he walked out of the Assembly with a huff after he was humiliated. It may be recalled here that on November 19, 2021, some YSRCP MLAs abused Chandrababu Naidu and his wife and indulged in character assassination in the Assembly in the presence of the then Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy. The heated arguments took place between the TDP and YSRCP MLAs on the day. The TDP had 23 MLAs when it was in opposition, of which four MLAs quit and joined the YSRCP. Naidu then, as the Leader of the Opposition, described the Assembly as ‘Kourava Sabha’ and pledged to enter the Assembly only when it became ‘Gourava Sabha’. Later, the then Leader of the Opposition in the Assembly, Chandrababu Naidu, broke down inconsolably while addressing the media in the TDP state headquarters, which created a sensation across the country. After the humiliation in the Assembly, Naidu pledged to enter the House as Chief Minister and walked out of the House. Chandrababu Naidu left the Assembly through the exit gate on November 19, 2021. After winning 135 seats in the 2024 Assembly elections, Naidu entered the Assembly today as per his pledge. Taking everyone's surprise, he entered the Assembly through the exit gate, through which he walked out of the Assembly last time. The TDP MLAs were seen holding placards in the Assembly today on which ‘Nijam Gelichindi, Prajaswamyam Nilichindi' was written...////...
