Bhubaneswar, Dec 27 (Reporter) Former Odisha Chief Minister and Leader of Opposition Naveen Patnaik has expressed deep condolences at the passing away of former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. In his condolence message, Patnaik described Dr. Singh as an efficient administrator, a distinguished parliamentarian, and a successful economist. He highlighted Dr. Singh's role as the architect of India’s economic reforms, which transformed the lives of millions and established India as a significant economic power on the global stage.
