Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, May 11 (Reporter) Amravati MP Navneet Rana on Saturday strongly criticised
All India Majlis-E-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) leaders Asaduddin Owaisi and Imtiaz Jaleel for opposing 33 per cent reservation bill for women in parliament.
Addressing Mahayuti Mahila Melava (women's gathering) here for Mahayuti candidate Sandipan Bhumre, she said that when an important bill for women's reservation was presented in Parliament, both Owaisi and Jaleel opposed it.
She appealed women workers not to get such people elected.
On Uddhav Thackeray-led Shiv Sena's alliance with the Congress party, she said that she has immense respect for Bal Thackeray-led Shiv Sena, however, the current Shiv Sena, without mentioning Uddhav Thackeray's name, has committed treachery by allying with the Congress, she noted.
Commenting on Congress MP Rahul Gandhi, Ms Rana wondered how can a man who takes 52 years to become wise, will take the country forward?
Emphasising that this vote should not go to people who are against their ideology, she talked in detail about development works done by Guardian Minister and grand alliance candidate Bhumre.
Asserting that a vote for (Narendra) Modi means a vote for development, she credited the Prime Minister for taking the country's economy to fifth position globally in last 10 years...////...
