Patna, Nov 23 (Reporter) In a major upset for Grand Alliance in Bihar, NDA has gained the convincing lead in two seats while maintaining its lead in two other assembly seats where polling for by-elections was held on November 13 in the state.
According to the Election Commission, BJP candidate Vishal Prashant is leading over his nearest rival Raju Yadav of CPI(ML) by a margin of 10,612 votes in the Tarari seat. Prashant has got 78,755 votes while Raju got 68,143 votes. Kiran Singh of Jan Suraaj got 5,622 votes.
In Ramgarh, Ashok Kumar Singh of BJP is leading over his nearest rival Satish Kumar Singh Yadav of BSP by a margin of 719 votes. Ashok has got 58,375 votes while Satish got 57,656 votes. Ajeet Kumar Singh of RJD got 33,848 votes and Sushil Kumar Singh Kushwaha of Jan Suraaj got 6,127 votes.
In Imamganj, Deepa Manjhi of HAM is leading over her nearest rival Roshan Paswan of RJD by a margin of 5,563 votes. Deepa got 51,150 votes while Roshan got 45,587 votes. Jitendra Paswan of Jan Suraaj got 36,474 votes.
In Belaganj, Manorama Devi of JD(U) is leading over her nearest rival Vishwanath Kumar Singh of RJD by a margin of 20,968 votes. Manorama got 72,178 votes while Vishwanath got 51,210 votes. Mohamnad Amzad of Jan Suraaj got only 17,047 votes.
Of four seats, Ramgarh and Belaganj seats are held by RJD while Tatari seat is held by CPI(ML), both parties being constituents of Grand Alliance. Imamganj seat is held by HAM, a partner of the ruling NDA in Bihar...////...
