Patna, Sep 13 (Reporter) Leader of the opposition in Bihar assembly Tejaswi Prasad Yadav on Friday alleged that the Nitish Kumar government had failed to check crimes in Bihar.
Yadav, in a post on his social media account X, alleged that criminals were striking at their will in Bihar. Law enforcing agencies were like silent spectators, having no courage to take on criminals to ensure the safety and security of the common man, he added.
" It appears that the state is reeling under a spate of crimes perpetrated by those
patronised by the Nitish Kumar government," the leader of the opposition said, adding that Chief Minister Nitish Kumar lacked the political willpower to check crimes in Bihar. It was strange to note that criminals were seen visiting the residence of Chief Minister Kumar, and he also sometimes visited the residence of criminals, he added.
" Chief Minister Kumar recently visited the residence of former MLA Anant Singh while a liquor mafia had earlier met Kumar at his official residence", Yadav said adding that some JD(U) leaders were found indulged in liquor smuggling. Some leaders of ruling party were even running illegal gun and pistol factories, he alleged...////...
