Patna, Oct 6 (Reporter) RJD Chief Lalu Prasad on Sunday said Chief Minister Nitish Kumar is not in sound mind, so target set by him for NDA to win 220 seats in 2025 Bihar Assembly elections, has no meaning and relevance. Lalu while reacting over the target set by Chief Minister Kumar for NDA to win 220 seats in 2025 Bihar assembly elections, said that he was not in sound mind.
