Patna, Feb 17 (Reporter) Union Minister and senior BJP leader Bhupendra Yadav on Monday predicted that the opposition was all set to get wiped out in the coming Bihar Assembly elections for "ignoring| measures for the state in the latest Union Budget.
Yadav told media persons here that provisions for Bihar in the Union Budget for 2025 26 were "ignored" by opposition parties and they were all set to get wiped out in the state Assembly elections scheduled for October November this year.
It appeared that people of Bihar would not forgive the opposition for its sin of ignoring the Budget. and they would slip into the black hole in the next electoral battle of Bihar this year, he predicted.
"Union budget presented for the financial year 2025 26 was historic for Bihar as proposals made for the state would change the scenario of all sectors including Health, Agriculture Education and Infrastructure", the Union Minister said adding that the budget presented this year would prove to be the stepping stone for India to become a developed nation by the year 2047. Under Kisan Anna Yojana, focus would be on such districts where agro yields were below the national average, he added.
" Health care facilities would also be improved remarkably after implementation of the budget proposals ", Yadav said adding that Day Care cancer hospitals would be opened in 200 districts and later it would be replicated in all districts of the country.
" Government has decided to increase 6,500 seats in IITs while 10,000 seats would also be increased in Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses of Medical Colleges across the country", Union Minister said adding that 75,000 seats would also be added in these two courses during the next 5 years. All these measures were reflection of the fact that government was committed to effect qualitative change in all sectors by pursuing the term vision, he added.
" In the 80s, the era was of computer revolution, in 2,000, it was digital revolution and again after 20 years, the era of artificial intelligence revolution has come", Union Minister said adding that machine learning technology would not only open the floodgates of new job opportunity for youths but it would also help the country to move on fast track of development with accelerated pace.
People had understood the fact that only Narendra Modi government had the potential to lay the foundation stone for a developed nation goal to be achieved by the year 2047, he added...////...
