PK dares BJP to contest next Bihar assembly poll under Nitish leadership

Patna, Dec 23 (Reporter) Founder of " Jan Suraaj " Prashant Kishor on Monday dared BJP to contest next assembly election under the leadership of Nitish Kumar as CM face of NDA, saying both BJP and JD(U) would suffer heavy losses if it happened so. Kishor, popularly known as PK, said tug of war was going on between BJP and JD(U) over CM face of NDA for 2025 Bihar assembly election. He challenged BJP to declare Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar as CM face of NDA for next assembly elections and contest it together with JD(U), saying both the parties would suffer heavy electoral losses if it happened so. " JD(U) will not get even 20 seats irrespective of the fact whether it contests 2025 assembly elections as ally of BJP in NDA or of RJD in Grand Alliance", PK predicted. If people of Bihar were most frustrated with anyone, it was none other than Chief Minister Kumar, he pointed out. Kumar had become a political burden and no one was prepared to carry him in election, he remarked. " Contesting under the leadership of Nitish Kumar has become political destiny of BJP and the party has no choice to choose any other option", Kishor said adding that Prime Minister Narendra Modi was dependent on Chief Minister Kumar for support of 12 MPs of JD(U) for survival of his government, he maintained.
