Bengaluru, April 17 (Reporter) As the Lok Sabha polls draw near, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to headline an election campaign meeting for the Chikkaballapur and Kolar Lok Sabha constituencies on April 20 in Chikkaballapur. Later in the day, he will address a massive public meeting at the palace ground in Bangalore, encompassing multiple constituencies. This was announced by BJP Election Management Committee State Coordinator and State General Secretary V Sunil Kumar among a flurry of political activities with prominent leaders scheduled to participate in the campaign events across the state. Union Home Minister Amit Shah will kickstart his campaign with a road show in Yeshwantpur on April 23, followed by a public meeting in Yalahanka. In the evening, Shah will hold another roadshow in the Bommanahalli assembly constituency and later in the Mahadevpur assembly constituency. On April 24, he is scheduled to attend a public meeting in Chikkamagaluru and a backward class convention in Tumkuru. Shah will conclude his day with a roadshow in Hubballi. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will also join the campaign trail on April 24. He will commence his day with a roadshow in the RR Nagar assembly constituency, followed by public meetings in Madikeri, Malpe, and Udupi. Raksha Mantri Rajnath Singh will visit the state on April 24, as announced by National President JP Nadda. The state is abuzz with political fervour as leaders from various parties make their way to Karnataka to rally support ahead of the crucial Lok Sabha elections.
