Jalandhar, Feb 9 (Reporter) Jalandhar Commissionerate police (CP) on Sunday unearthed a factory manufacturing illegal fire weapons. Deputy Commissioner of Police Sandip Sharma told the media persons that acting on confirmed information, a police party conducted a raid on a house in Kot Mohalla of the city. The police party seized 10 country-made pistols from the factory. A grinder used for cutting iron and certain other machinery and a numberless two-wheeler were recovered from the premises of the factory being run by onr Harjinder Singh alias Giani. The police have arrested the person who is said to be a minor. A case has been registered and started investigation into the case to ascertain the links of the factory and to trace the persons who helped him to set up the factory.
