Hubballi, June 30 (Reporter) In a contentious development in Karnataka's political landscape, Union Minister Pralhad Joshi on Sunday accused Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah of orchestrating a strategic move to dilute the authority of Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar.
"To cut short the powers of DyCM DK Shivakumar, this has been well planned by CM Siddaramaiah. It is an internal fight between the two of them. The administration has collapsed because of that," remarked Joshi, addressing reporters here.
In his criticism of the state government, Joshi expressed disbelief at the suggestion that the BJP was involved, questioning the maturity of those making such claims. He remarked on the incongruity of discussing the BJP while dealing with internal issues, likening it to focusing on irrelevant matters amidst more pressing concerns.
