Bengaluru, Mar 4 (Reporter) Karnataka Home Minister Dr G Parameshwara said that the report of the private organisation confirming pro-Pakistan sloganeering by Congress supporters at Vidhana Soudha cannot be taken into consideration.
"BJP claiming private organisation report cannot be taken into consideration," the home minister told reporters here on Sunday.
The BJP had cited a private lab report claiming high probability of 'Pakistan Zindabad' slogans raised at Vidhan Souda.
Dr Parameshwar said the credentials of the evidence of Clue4 Evidence Forensic Lab is required to be verified. "Who are the private firms, that gave them NOC? Are they allowed to give such a report? We will check everything," he said.
As per the website, the lab describes itself as a dedicated corporate entity that has been recognized as a competent Forensic Laboratory in the field of testing and investigations. Incorporated in the year 2009.
Dr Parameshwara said the government will take action according to the FSL report of the home department. "There is nothing to hide, we will take action according to the report," he said.
But, when the media pointed out about RDPR and IT Minister Priyank Kharge’s statement that he received the FSL report on the matter, Dr Parameshwar said, "I do not know on what basis he said this."
BJP has been protesting against Congress supporters who raised 'Pakistan Zindabad' slogans at the assembly while celebrating party leader Naseer Hussain’s victory in Rajya Sabha polls.
The party claimed that the man who raised Pro-Pakistan slogans at Vidhan Soudha has been published in the FSL report. "Karnataka Congress and fake news factory chief Priyanka Kharge must accept his treasonous act and prostrate before the assembly and beg pardon from the people," BJP said...////...
