Hyderabad, May 4 (Reporter) Prolonged heatwave conditions is very likely to prevail at isolated places in Peddapalli, Jayashankar Bhupalpally, Mulugu, Nagarkurnool, Wanaparthy, Narayanpet, Jogulamba Gadwal districts of Telangana during the next 24 hours, Meteorological Centre said on Saturday.
In a daily weather report here, it said that the same situation is likely to prevail in KomaramBheem Asifabad, Mancherial, Nirmal, Nizamabad, Jagityal, Karimnagar, Peddapalli, Jayashankar Bhupalpally, Mulugu, Khammam, Nalgonda, Suryapet, Mahabubnagar, Nagarkurnool, Wanaparthy, Narayanpet, Jogulamba Gadwal districts of the state on Sunday.
Heatwave conditions are very likely to prevail at isolated pockets in KomaramBheem Asifabad, Mancherial, Nirmal, Nizamabad, Jagityal, Rajanna Sirsilla, Karimnagar, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Khammam, Nalgonda, Suryapet, Mahabubabad, Kamareddy, Mahabubnagar and some other districts of Telangana during the next three days.
Thunderstorms accompanied by Lightning and gusty winds ranging from 30-40 kmph are very likely to occur at isolated places in the state from May 6 to 8.
Light to moderate rain or thundershowers is very likely to occur at isolated places over Telangana from May 6 to 10.
Dry weather is likely to prevail in the state during the next 48 hours.
Heatwave conditions prevailed at isolated pockets in Khammam, Medchal Malkajgiri and Rangareddy districts of Telangana during the last 24 hours.
