Sriharikota (Andhra Pradesh), Dec 30 (Reporter) In its year-end mission for ISRO, PSLV-C60 carrying Spadex satellites, with two payloads--Chaser and Target-- to demonstrate space docking technology experiment, lifts off from SHAR Range here on Monday night. After a smooth 25 hr countdown, the 44 m tall reliable and workhorse 4-stage launch vehicle of ISRO, with a lift off mass of 229 tonnes, and after initiation of the Automatic Launch Sequence, took off majestically from the First Launch Pad at 2200 hrs 15 secs, lighting up the night skies and with a rumble that shook the earth. The launch was earlier scheduled for 2158 hrs but was postponed by two minutes, according to ISRO...////...
