Ranchi, Nov 14 (Reporter) Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi will visit Jharkhand on November 15 on a day-long election tour. Jharkhand Pradesh Congress Spokesperson Sonal Shanti said on Thursday that Rahul Gandhi will address two public meetings during his visit.
