Chennai, Apr 9 (Reporter) Senior BJP leader and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Tuesday offered worship at the famous Meenakshi Sundareswarar temple in Madurai. He was accorded a traditional welcome by the temple priests. "Feeling extremely blessed after praying at Meenakshi temple in Madurai", he said, in a social media post, after visiting the temple. He also shared pictures of his visit to the ancient temple. After visiting the temple, Mr Rajnath, who is on a two-day visit to Tamil Nadu to campaign for the BJP-led NDA candidates ahead of the Lok Sabha polls, left for Assam.
