Remuneration to ASHA and Anganwadi workers increased in Bengal : CM

Kolkata, Mar 6 (Reporter) West Bengal Chief minister Mamata Banerjee on Wednesday announced an enhanced remuneration of Rs 750 every month to ASHA and Anganwadi workers. Taking to X (formerly twitter), the CM said ' It is with immense pleasure that I announce that from April, 2024, our ASHA and Anganwadi workers will receive an enhanced remuneration of Rs. 750 every month. Additionally, we've decided to increase the monthly remuneration for our Anganwadi helpers by Rs. 500. Despite the financial constraints imposed on us, we are determined to spare no efforts in ensuring that our people lead happy and prosperous lives!', Banerjee said...////...
