Kolkata, Dec 31 (Reporter) Indian Railway has decided to restore the 12317 Kolkata – Amritsar Akal Takht Express & 12318 Amritsar – Kolkata Akal Takht Express. The service was earlier cancelled due to the non-interlocking work of Ferozepur Division over Northern Railway.
