Hyderabad, April 28 (Reporter) The confession by former DCP Radha Kishan Rao in the poaching case vindicates our allegations that former Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao was the architect and director of the BRS MLAs case involving former Tandur MLA Pilot Rohit Reddy, said Telangana BJP official spokesperson N V Subhash here on Tuesday. In a statement, Subhash stated that ex-CM KCR had hatched a conspiracy to defame the image of the BJP by implicating a senior party functionary in the case. This has now been exposed with the revelation by the ex-DCP, who confessed that KCR sought a compromise with the BJP to bail out his MLC daughter K Kavitha in the infamous Delhi liquor scam case. K. Kavitha is currently under judicial custody, Subhash added. Subhash accused the then BRS government, led by KCR, of misusing police officials against political rivals by tapping their phones for political gain. He demanded that the state Congress government take action against former CM KCR.
