Patna, May 29 (Reporter) Senior RJD leader Tejaswi Prasad Yadav said on Wednesday that his party cadres and voters are not in favour of accepting Chief Minister Nitish Kumar again if he takes another " U " turn.
He told media persons here that Kumar might take a big decision after June four, the day of declaration of Lok Sabha results, an indication of another " U " turn.
Kumar could do so to carry forward his backward politics and save his party, he pointed out.
RJD leader, to a query about accepting Nitish in event of taking " U " turn by him, said that his party cadres and voters were not in favour of giving another chance to Chacha Ji (Nitish).
"No one is in favour to accept him again," he elaborated.
Yadav, however, refused to divulge his personal views on chances of RJD accepting Nitish again, saying this question did not exist at the moment.
It was true that all favoured stability, he noted.
As it is, Yadav since last few days has been making statements of Nitish taking a big decision after June four, a reference to another " U " turn by him.
Kumar had first deserted BJP to join hands with RJD in 2013, but later returned to NDA fold in 2017. In August 2022, he again walked away from NDA and joined hands with RJD to form Grand Alliance government but in January this year, he returned to NDA fold...////...
