'RJD is party of all, not only confined to Yadav and Muslim' : Tejaswi

Patna, Feb 20 (Reporter) Leader of the opposition in Bihar assembly Tejaswi Prasad Yadav on Tuesday claimed that 'his party RJD had space for all and it was not confined to Yadav and Muslim only.' Tejaswi while addressing a public meeting in Muzaffarpur district during first day of his "Jan Vishwas Yatra ", said that his party was of all, contrary to earlier perception that it was only confined to Yadav and Muslims. People from all sections of the society including Muslims, Yadav, upper castes, extremely backwards, oppressed and others had arrived in public meeting, he added. The RJD leader said that unemployment was the biggest enemy of people and it must be removed. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar had questioned him when he had promised to give 10 lakh jobs during the 2020 assembly election, he recalled. “Nitish had asked me from where I will arrange money but when he became deputy Chief Minister, five lakh government jobs were given in 17 months of previous grand alliance regime", Tejaswi pointed out. "Jobs were given in Bihar when people were losing jobs elsewhere,” Yadav said while targeting the BJP government at the centre. “When we were fulfilling our promises made in the 2020 assembly election, Nitish snapped ties with the grand alliance without citing any reason. I need your support for carrying forward our fight,” Tejaswi thundered drawing spontaneous affirmative response from the audience. The RJD leader while taking pot-shot at Chief Minister Kumar, said that he treated people`s mandate as shoes trampling it whenever he wished so. He asked whether Prime Minister Narendra Modi could guarantee that Nitish would not make another "U" turn...////...
