Guwahati, Jan 6 (Reporter) Ministry of Road Transport and Highways allocated 957 crores to convert the 20 km stretch on NH 37, from Silchar to Budha Nagar, into a 4-lane highway, announced Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Saturday.
