Chennai, July 6 (Reporter) In a sudden development, Ms Porkodi, wife of slain BSP Tamil Nadu Unit President K.Armstrong, who was hacked to death by a 6-member gang, on Saturday evening moved the Madras High Court seeking permission for burying his body at the party office in the city. The family has refused to accept the body after the post mortem was done, seeking permission from the police in this regard. Since police has reportedly refused permission, Ms Porkodi moved the High Court seeking permission for burial at the party office. The urgent matter was mentioned before Acting CJ Mahadevan, who has given the nod and senior Judge Ms Anitha Sumanth will be hearing it as an urgent case tonight at her residence. The last rites are likely to be performed tomorrow after BSP Supremo Mayawati arrives in Chennai to pay homage. His body is likely to kept in a school in Sembium for the public to pay homage...////...
