Hyderabad, Feb 3 (Reporter) The Legislative Assembly and Legislative Council are set to convene for a special session on Tuesday to deliberate on key issues, including BC reservations and SC sub-caste classification. According to a notification issued on Sunday night by Assembly Secretary V Narasimhacharya, the meetings will commence at 1100 hours.
