Hyderabad, Jan 26 (Reporter) As a significant part of the nationwide Republic Day celebrations, Telangana and Andhra Sub Area (TASA) orchestrated a poignant wreath-laying ceremony at Veerula Sainik Smarak, Army Parade Ground Secunderabad, on Friday. This special event marked the 75th anniversary of India as a republic. The ceremony unfolded with grandeur, featuring a military band and officers and soldiers from all three services dressed in ceremonial attire adorned with glittering medals, symbolising their dedicated service to the nation. The solemn occasion paid homage to the martyrs, the brave uniformed brethren who sacrificed their lives in defence of the Republic. The morning commenced with fanfare, and the sequence of events included the NCC Cadet laying the first wreath, followed by various senior officers from the station. The final wreath was laid by the Chief Minister of Telangana, A. Revanth Reddy, who graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.
