The Chief Minister also announced plans to sign more agreements soon and mentioned the establishment of an investor task force to facilitate meetings related to investments. Reddy outlined his vision for the "Future State Telangana," which he described as comprising three distinct rings. The first ring is the core urban area of Hyderabad. The second ring is a semi-urban area where new manufacturing facilities will be established. The third ring encompasses rural Telangana, outside the Regional Ring Road (RRR), where the state government aims to develop the best villages in Asia, equipped with modern facilities. "Our ambition is to transform Telangana into a trillion-dollar economy in the next 10 years," Reddy stated, assuring full support for Cognizant's expansion in the region. He emphasized the importance of Hyderabad's history in the IT sector, crediting leaders like Rajiv Gandhi, Chandrababu Naidu, and YS Rajasekhar Reddy for laying the foundation and advancing the development of IT in the city. Reddy noted that Cyberabad was developed as a result of these efforts, and now, Cognizant has grown significantly, becoming the second-largest employer in the state. "Even if there are political differences, there are no arguments when it comes to developing Hyderabad," Reddy said. He announced plans to develop a "fourth city," known as Future City, alongside Hyderabad, Secunderabad, and Cyberabad. He further stressed that Telangana's competition is not with neighbouring states like Andhra Pradesh or Karnataka, but with the world. "There is no city like Hyderabad anywhere in the neighbouring states. We have no competition with them. Hyderabad city is an ideal area for investment and a platform for industrialists. Come and invest; the Telangana government will provide all the facilities you need," the Chief Minister said...////...
