Yadadri Bhuvanagiri (Telangana), May 18 (Reporter) Union Minister and Telangana BJP President G Kishan Reddy has stated that the conditions are favourable for the BJP in the upcoming Warangal-Nalgonda-Khammam Graduate MLC by-election, scheduled for May 27.
Speaking at a preparatory meeting held at a private hotel on Yadadri Bypass Road on Saturday, Reddy highlighted that the BJP had previously won graduate elections in the united Andhra Pradesh.
He emphasized that the current conditions are favourable for the BJP in Telangana, with increasing support from intellectuals and educated individuals.
Reddy criticized the Congress party, asserting that the people of Telangana are ready to judge any election against the Congress. He claimed that the Congress government lacked the power to implement the promises made during the assembly elections by Revanth Reddy. He also noted that several MLAs and MLCs who were part of the BRS party are no longer associated with it.
He stated that the BJP has emerged as a strong alternative to both Congress and BRS in Telangana, with growing public support. Reddy questioned how KCR could ask for votes if he could not protect the winning MLAs, implying dissatisfaction with the current regime.
Reddy expressed confidence in the BJP's prospects, stating, "We are winning the maximum number of MP seats in Telangana." He affirmed that the BJP would continue to fight for the implementation of promises made by the Congress party in the coming days. He stressed that in graduate MLC elections, parties, not just candidates, are contesting.
Reddy called on all party workers to work together in the MLC election, urging them to remember that "BJP is the future of Telangana...////...
