Hyderabad, Sep 29 (Reporter) Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy reiterated the state government's commitment to women's healthcare.
Speaking as the chief guest at the Pink Power Run 2024 held at Gachibowli on Sunday. The event was organised by the Sudha Reddy Foundation to raise awareness about breast cancer.
During his address, the Chief Minister expressed pride in the government's focus on women’s health.
"The Telangana government is dedicated to prioritising women's health. We believe that a healthy woman is the cornerstone of a healthy family and society. Every effort made today will empower women to overcome future challenges independently," he said.
Chief Minister Reddy emphasised that the government will continue to expand healthcare infrastructure, build more hospitals, and strengthen healthcare systems to cater specifically to women’s needs. "Together, we will build a healthier and more empowered future for the women of Telangana," he added.
The event was attended by MLA Arikapudi Gandhi, SAT Chairman Shiv Sena Reddy, and other dignitaries.
Earlier in the day, Health Minister Damodar Raja Narasimha flagged off the 3K, 5K, and 10K runs, which saw enthusiastic participation from a large number of IT professionals and employees from various private sectors...////...
