Mumbai, Sep 30 (Reporter) Maharashtra Women & Child Welfare Development Minister, Aditi Tatkare, informed on Monday that the distribution of funds to beneficiaries of the 'Chief Minister's Ladki Bahin' Scheme is in its third phase. She further informed that Rs 1,545.47 crore was transferred to 34,34,388 women beneficiaries on September 25, Rs 584.8 crore was transferred to 38,98,705 women on September 26 and Rs 521 crore was transferred to 34,74,116 women on September 29. The process of transferring the scheme's benefits to the remaining women is underway on a war footing, she said. As a result, all eligible women will receive the benefit by the end of this month, the minister informed. Those who had previously received the benefit have been given the third installment, and those who had not received the benefit due to technical issues earlier have been given all three installments together, she said.
