TPCC files protest petition over deletion of Amit Shah, Kishan Reddy names

Hyderabad, Sept 2 (Reporter) G Niranjan, Senior Vice President of the Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC), filed a protest petition on Monday in the Court of the VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad. The petition challenges the deletion of Amit Shah and G Kishan Reddy's names from the chargesheet in Cr. No. 77/2024, registered at Moghalpura Police Station. The court has scheduled the next hearing for October 14, 2024. Advocate Sama Sunil Reddy represented Niranjan in the case. The FIR was originally filed on May 3, 2024, against Amit Shah, Kishan Reddy, Raja Singh, Kompelli Madhavi, and Yaman Singh at Moghalpura Police Station for allegedly involving children in an election rally at Sudha Talkies, Shalibanda, in violation of Election Commission guidelines.
