Tunnel seepage: Over dozen Konkan Railway trains cancelled

Mumbai, July 10 (Reporter) Over a dozen trains were cancelled and at least two terminated midway as Konkan Railway services were affected due to water seepage in the Pernem tunnel in Goa, an official said on Wednesday. According to officials, water started oozing out of the tunnel between Madure-Pernem section at km 386/6-7 of the Karwar region around 10.13 pm on Tuesday. The cancelled trains included the Mumbai-Madgaon Vande Bharat Express, Hazrat Nizamuddin-Ernakulam Mangala Express and Madgaon-Chandigarh Express, an official statement said...////...
