Hyderabad, Jan 6 (Reporter) Two people were burnt alive when the car they were travelling in caught fire on the Ghatkesar service road in the Medchal-Malkajgiri district on Monday. According to the police, the fire started suddenly while the victims were travelling on the service road. They attempted to escape the vehicle but were unable to do so. The driver managed to exit the car but fell on the road and died. The other occupant, sitting in the front seat, also perished in the blaze. Upon receiving the distress call, a fire tender rushed to the spot and extinguished the flames. However, the car was completely gutted by the fire.
