Kasaragod, Dec 29 (Reporter) Two children were killed and five injured, two of them seriously, in a road accident at Ingoth on NH 66 near Padannakkad on Sunday. Police identified the deceased as Zain Rahman (9) and Lahab Zainaba (12) of Kanichira. Both of them died on the spot. Their mother Suharabi (40) and sister Serin (15) have been admitted to a private hospital in Kannur with serious injuries. The driver of the car and two bus passengers were admitted to Kanhangad Hospital. The accident took place at around 1215 hrs when the family proceeding in their car to Neeleswaram collided with a Kanhangad-bound KSRTC bus while overtaking another vehicle.
