Patna, Dec 17 (Reporter) The two-day Bihar Business Connect 2024--Global Investors Summit will be held in Patna from Thursday to showcase the state as attractive destination for investment from all stakeholders across the world.
Official sources said here on Tuesday that Bihar Business Connect 2024--Global Investors Summit would be organised in Patna on December 19 and 20 which was in continuance with Bihar
Business Connect 2023 held here in December last year.
Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, senior ministers of the state government, prominent industrialists, policymakers and regional experts will participate in the summit.
Industry Minister Nitish Mishra will inaugurate the summit. The session will include the signing of initial Memorandum of Understandings (MoUs) and 4-5 sector-specific sessions, with a special focus on Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and startups.
Sources said that high-level discussion with prominent industrialists will take place on concluding day led by the senior officials and Ministers of the government. Significant MoUs will be signed in the presence of Nitish Kumar.

During the two-day summit held last year, a total of 278 investment proposals amounting to Rs 50,530 crore were signed as MoUs, out of which 244 projects worth Rs 38,000 crore have already been implemented on the ground.
