Hamirpur (UP), Feb 8 (Reporter) Two pilgrims were killed and a dozen others were injured when the vehicle in which they were travelling rammed into a stationary truck in the Rath area of Hamirpur district in Uttar Pradesh on Saturday, police sources said here. Police sources said that the incident took place when the pilgrims were on their way back to Himachal Pradesh after taking a holy dip in Maha Kumbh in Prayagaraj. The vehicle of the pilgrims collided with the truck parked on Bundelkhand Expressway. Police sources said that on receiving the information, the police reached the spot and admitted the injured to CHC Rath, where doctors declared Nirmala (60) and Surendra Rana (54) dead.
