Pune Jan 4 ( UNI) Two more persons, including the prime accused Sudarshan Ghule, were arrested by the police here on Saturday in connection with the murder of Massajog village former sarpanch Santosh Deshmukh. Police said that Sudarshan Ghule and Sudhir Sangle, who were absconding after the murder of Deshmukh, were arrested. Deshmukh, sarpanch of Massajog village in Beed district, was murdered on December 9. They will be produced in court today. Police have arrested six accused so far in connection with Deshmukh Murder case while one accused is still absconding, police said. There is a demand for the appointment of Adv. Ujjwal Nikam as public prosecutor in the Santosh Deshmukh murder case. BJP MLA Suresh Dhas made a demand to Chief Minister Fadnavis. The Chief Minister himself contacted Adv. Nikam.
