Two Shiv Sena (UBT) MPs to join rival Shiv Sena, claims leader

Mumbai, Jun 8 (Reporter) Shiv Sena (Shinde) leader Naresh Mhaske claimed on Saturday that two MPs from rival Thackeray faction will join the Shinde group in a few days. In recently held Lok Sabha elections, nine MPs of the Thackeray group were elected, whereas seven MPs of the Shinde group were elected. Two Sena (UBT) MPs are constantly in touch with rival Shinde group and expressed their desire to join it soon, he said. He further said that these two MPs want development works in their constituency, therefore, both have decided to support Prime Minister Narendra Modi for this. Maske, without disclosing names of two MPs, claimed that they were apparently unhappy with Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray's role of buying votes by giving money to Mullah-Maulvis. Under leadership of Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, both MPs will meet Modi and extend support to BJP, he added.
