Warangal (Telangana), Oct 14 (Reporter) Union Minister for Coal and Mines, and Telangana BJP President, G Kishan Reddy, offered prayer at the Bhadrakali Temple in Warangal on Monday.
Speaking to the media during his visit, Kishan Reddy mentioned that this was his first visit to the Bhadrakali Temple after taking oath as a Union Minister. He explained that his visit had been delayed due to the responsibilities he took on after becoming Minister, including overseeing the Jammu and Kashmir elections.
"Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also sought the blessings of Goddess Bhadrakali," Reddy stated. He highlighted the government's efforts in developing many temples across the country, including Jogulamba, Bhadrachalam, Ramappa, and Balkampet Ammavari temples in Telangana.
"In addition to the development of Ayodhya and Varanasi temples, we are working on the development of Panch temples. Development work is ongoing for 150 temples across the country," he added.
Reddy emphasized the importance of youth participation in festivals, noting that such involvement fosters respect for elders, culture, and traditions.
He further remarked, "From building basic amenities like toilets in the homes of the underprivileged to hoisting the national flag on the moon, the Modi government is committed to comprehensive development...////...
