Chennai, Nov 14 (Reporter) Tamil Nadu Industries Minister TRB Raaja announced that the US-based Allison Transmission has inked a MoU with Guidance TN and would reinvest USD 92 million (Rs 763 crore) in its Chennai plant as part of its expansion plans. This represents a significant reinvestment of USD 92 million, that’s Rs. 763 crores, coming in from 2025. The facility will also create 167 direct and indirect jobs, doubling its current size.
