Patna, Dec 15 (Reporter) Senior BJP leader and Bihar Health Minister, Mangal Pandey said on Sunday that the women of the state will never rely upon the tall promises of RJD which has insulted them. Pandey said that RJD leader Tejaswi Yadav through his tall promises was trying to deceive women and other voters of Bihar. Following debacles in the recently held assembly by-elections, RJD was frustrated and in panic, he said and pointed that the leader was making various promises in view of the disintegration in his vote bank. The BJP leader said that RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav three days ago had humiliated women by passing absurd remarks about them in connection with the 'mahila samvad' (dialogue with the women) yatra of the Chief Minister Nitish Kumar but now Tejaswi Yadav was trying to woo them by promising to give them Rs 2,500 per month under the Mai-Bahin-Mann scheme. "No gimmick of the RJD would work in the next assembly election," Pandey asserted and said that women knew that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar were their real well-wishers. Meanwhile, BJP MLC Pramod Kumar Chandravanshi termed Yadav's promises as his poll plank and added that women can protect their dignity and knew they will get respect only under NDA regime...////...
